Our Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Redeemed Creative Arts (“RCA”) website, mobile app, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. RCA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Mission & Purpose

RCA exists to build a Christ-centered community that connects artists, patrons, churches, and volunteers to share creativity, resources, and service. While participation in RCA supports this ministry mission, users understand that RCA operates as a digital platform — not as an employer, contractor, or agent for individual members or helpers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Platform. By registering, you affirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will maintain account security and integrity.

4. Accounts & Membership

• Provide accurate personal and payment information;
• Use the Platform only for lawful and mission-aligned purposes;
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

RCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, misuses Platform features, or acts contrary to the ministry’s values.

5. Platform Services

• Resource Share: a marketplace where members can list, donate, or purchase items;
• Helper Program: a directory connecting churches with qualified helpers for short-term or volunteer opportunities;
• Art Gallery & Store: a space for artists to sell and promote their creative work;
• Learning Center: faith-based courses, workshops, and educational materials.

Use of these features may be subject to additional guidelines, service terms, and fees.

6. User Content & Ownership

Users retain ownership of the art, media, or written content they upload but grant RCA a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote that content in connection with Platform operations. Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with copyright laws and aligns with RCA’s faith-based standards of integrity, respect, and decency. RCA retains ownership of all platform technology, code, databases, and design assets that make up the service.

7. Payments, Fees & Donations

Paid memberships, course fees, and sales transactions are handled through approved third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). All transactions are subject to applicable processing fees, taxes, and refund policies. Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law.

8. Helper & Resource Connections

RCA is a connecting platform — not an employer or contracting agent. All agreements between churches, helpers, and donors are made directly between users. RCA is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or outcome of any transaction or engagement. Users agree to exercise discretion, verify credentials, and act in good faith when engaging others through the platform.

9. Acceptable Use

• Post lawful, respectful, and faith-aligned content only;
• Do not impersonate other users or misrepresent affiliations;
• Use the Platform only within RCA’s system and purpose;
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the Platform or its data.

10. Privacy

RCA respects your privacy and handles all data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to RCA’s collection and processing of information necessary for account operation, communication, and service improvement.

11. Limitation of Liability

RCA provides its services “as is” and makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied. RCA is not liable for damages arising from user content, third-party actions, or technical issues.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCA, its affiliates, officers, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.
