• Facilitating helper engagements, Resource Share, courses, and art sales

We do not sell personal information.

The Platform is not intended for children under 13. Unauthorized data from children under 13 will be deleted promptly. Youth participation in the Helper Program or Learning Center requires parent/guardian consent.

RCA maintains safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission, secure databases, and monitored access controls. However, no system is 100% secure — users share data at their own discretion with awareness of normal online risks.
