Andrea Newman is the founder and board chair of Redeemed Creative Arts. She is a business owner and creative entrepreneur with extensive experience in arts-based ministry leadership and community program development. Andrea serves as the organization's primary coordinator, managing strategic partnerships, platform development, and board operations.

With five years of experience in budget analysis, two years in bookkeeping, and three years as a business owner, Andrea brings a strong combination of financial discipline, operational insight, and entrepreneurial problem-solving to Redeemed Creative Arts. She chairs both the Fundraising and Program Committees, guiding RCA's overall direction.

Barbara Newman

Barbara Newman serves as Vice Chair of the Board and Treasurer. She provides financial oversight and ensures compliance with IRS and grant requirements. With over 30 years of experience in federal budget formulation, strategic planning, and financial oversight, Barbara offers a rare combination of analytical skills and organizational leadership.

Her expertise includes cost-benefit analysis, program evaluation, performance integration, and resource optimization—skills that directly support RCA's need for sustainable financial planning and operational accountability. Barbara managed multimillion-dollar budgets while ensuring full compliance with federal financial regulations.

Advisory Board Member

Candice Cradle

Candice Cradle provides advisory support to RCA's leadership team and steps in as a substitute for the Chair and Vice Chair when needed. With experience in organizational development and team coordination, Candice assists with program planning and governance best practices.

She has a decade of combined experience at FedEx and UPS, bringing a strong background in people management, technology implementation, and large-scale training and project coordination. Her career includes leading high-performance teams and overseeing the rollout of new systems and operational processes across diverse workforces.

Linda Caison

Linda Caison serves as Board Secretary, responsible for coordinating RCA's quarterly and annual meetings and maintaining official governance records. She ensures internal collaboration and organizational cohesion across board initiatives and compliance matters.

With over 20 years of experience caring for elderly patients, Linda brings a deep understanding of compassion-driven service, detailed record-keeping, and hands-on support that strengthens community programs. Her background includes certified training in Medical Coding and Billing, providing her with strong skills in documentation accuracy and compliance.

Community Outreach Chair

Pauline Scott

Pauline Scott manages RCA's outreach initiatives by partnering with churches, ministries, and local organizations. She also manages marketing and community awareness activities, connecting RCA's mission to a wider audience and fostering grassroots relationships within target areas.

With over 30 years of experience in government vehicle property management, Pauline has extensive expertise in overseeing the entire lifecycle of complex asset fleets, from strategic procurement to compliant disposal. Her career demonstrates exceptional skill in navigating federal regulations, upholding strict safety and audit standards, and managing large inventories with accuracy and efficiency.

David Newman

David Newman brings over 16 years of experience in visual design and creative direction to the RCA team. With a passion for merging faith and creativity, David specializes in creating compelling visual narratives that communicate spiritual messages through modern design principles.

>Previously, David served as Senior Designer at Faithful Creations Studio, where he led branding projects for numerous churches and faith-based organizations. His work has been recognized with several industry awards, including the Christian Design Excellence Award in 2022.

At RCA, David oversees all visual aspects of our platform and brand identity, ensuring that our digital presence reflects our mission of connecting creativity with ministry in an authentic and engaging way.

Legal Consultant – Nonprofit Formation & Governance

Margaret Moon, Esq.

Margaret Moon provides specialized legal consulting to RCA in the areas of nonprofit formation, governance, and regulatory compliance. As a licensed attorney with extensive experience in business and nonprofit law, she supports the organization in establishing strong legal foundations and maintaining alignment with federal and state requirements.

Her work includes advising on 501(c)(3) structure and filings, reviewing governance policies, ensuring proper legal separation between RCA’s nonprofit foundation and for-profit LLC, and guiding risk management and intellectual property matters.

Margaret offers her services on a retained, part-time basis, with engagements performed either pro bono or paid depending on project scope and organizational needs.
